Trademark & Affiliation Notice

The Grater Guys is an independent small business. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Football League (NFL) or any of its member teams. All team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

Team-themed straps, charms, and embellishments shown on or used with our products are separately available licensed accessories produced by their respective rights holders. The Grater Guys does not manufacture or sell licensed team merchandise.

“The Grater Guys” and the slogan “Not a hater, just a grater” are marks of The Grater Guys.

Patent Notice

The cheese grater purse design is patent pending. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or manufacture of the design may violate applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchases, Shipping & Returns

All products are currently sold exclusively through our Etsy shop. When you place an order, the transaction — including payment, shipping, cancellations, exchanges, and returns — is governed by our Etsy shop policies and by Etsy’s terms and policies.

For questions about an existing order, please contact us through Etsy Messages, which keeps everything connected to your order details.

Because each purse is produced to order using 3D-printing, minor variations in texture and finish are normal and are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

Privacy Policy

We keep it simple: this website is an informational site. We do not sell your personal information.

• What we collect. If you contact us through the site or by email, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your name, email address, and message). We use it only to respond to you.
• Purchases. Orders are placed on Etsy, so payment and shipping information is collected and processed by Etsy under Etsy’s privacy policy — we never see your payment details.
• Analytics & cookies. The site uses Google Analytics to help us see which pages people find useful. That means Google drops a small file (a cookie) in your browser and reports back anonymous data like: which page you landed on, roughly where in the world you came from (country/region), the type of device you’re on, and how long you spent reading.

  Your IP address is anonymized before it’s stored — the last portion is stripped, so it can’t be tied back to a specific household or person.

• Third-party links. Links to Etsy, social media, and news outlets take you to sites governed by their own privacy policies.
• Questions or removal requests. Contact us any time via the Contact page and we’ll help.

• Rivalry disclaimer. The Grater Guys is about playful rivalry and fan fun. No cheeseheads were harmed in the making of these products.
